Returns & Refunds policy

Since all Monsters wearing products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, we will take care of our customers if there is any problem with their order. Here’s what we cover:

- Damaged or defective items: Customers may request a reprint or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.

- Lost packages: If an order has not arrived, customers must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
